Refunds, Cancellations & Credits

Effective date: August 19, 2025

Short version: We don’t issue refunds for workshop registrations. If you can’t attend, we’ll provide a credit you can use toward a future workshop.

Credits (instead of refunds)

  • Credit eligibility: If you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop start time, you’ll receive a 100% credit equal to your registration fee.

  • Late cancellations / no-shows: Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time or no-shows aren’t eligible for credit.

  • How credits work: We’ll email you a credit code you can use at checkout on a future date.

  • Validity: Credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

  • Transferability: Credits are transferable to a colleague once (email us to arrange).

  • Not cash: Credits aren’t redeemable for cash and can’t be combined with other credits.

Organizer changes (low enrollment, travel, illness)

  • If we reschedule a workshop, your registration will be moved to the new date, or you may choose a 100% credit.

  • If we cancel without a new date, you may choose a 100% credit or a full refund to the original payment method.

Minimum enrollment

  • Sessions typically require a minimum of 10 registrants. We confirm dates once the minimum is met.

Discounts & promotions

  • Discount codes are single-use, not retroactive, and have no cash value. If you used a discount on your original booking, your credit will reflect the amount paid.

How to request a credit or transfer

  • Email hello@hufnagelconsulting.ca with your order number, workshop title, and (if transferring) your colleague’s full name + email.
