E&V Training Program:
AI Foundations & Applied Use
Master Practical AI: Achieve 10% Automation in Your Real Estate Business
Move beyond AI experimentation and achieve real, repeatable business results. This industry-specific training series is designed for Engel & Völkers real estate professionals and their shop teams to master practical AI applications across their operations such as:
How to build role-specific AI assistants.
Generating and refining personalized, platform-specific listing copy in minutes.
Designing AI-assisted workflows for client follow-up and lead nurturing.
The program begins by establishing a common understanding of how generative AI works and how to use it effectively across tools, not platforms. Participants learn to evaluate AI outputs, communicate clearly with AI systems, and build an internal AI Community of Practice for shop consistency. The entire curriculum is anchored in real-world real estate use cases.
From there, the program moves into more advanced capabilities, including core prompting principles, advanced Generative AI features (such as GPTs, GEMs, and Agent Mode) showing participants how to turn AI from a chat interface into a practical working assistant. Learning how to streamline administration, reduce repetitive tasks, improve consistency, and support better decision-making, with the goal of automating 10% or more of routine daily work.
Operational readiness is addressed directly. Participants review their existing workflows, data practices, and systems to identify where AI use is appropriate, where risks exist, and what needs to change before wider adoption.
In addition to AI Literacy, the program deliberately builds the right mindset: confidence, sound judgment, and practical curiosity. It helps participants understand where AI adds value, where it does not, and when to use an AI Tool.
The core training is delivered over six hours in small, facilitated online sessions. This is followed by two additional hands-on labs focused on priority use cases identified by the group, where participants work through concrete applications tied to their role or shop operations.
The outcome is not technical specialization. It is a real estate–specific, practical capability: people and shops that know how to use AI productively, thoughtfully, and consistently in their day-to-day work.
Program Structure: Online via Zoom
Facilitated Workshops (4 sessions): 6 Hours total (4 x 1.5 hour sessions)
Use-Case AI Practical Labs (2 sessions): 3 Hours total (2 x 1.5 hour sessions)
