I first met Lourdes Gant in 2018 from Sustainable Aquaculture (Manatee Holdings) specilaizing in Geoduck production, when I was working Innovation Island. She is an inspiring female entrepreneur who cares deeply about sustainable aquaculture, AI, giving back to her community and amplifying voices of other business owners. A huge thank you to Lourdes for the opportunity to be on your podcast and share with your listeners the ABC’s of AI.

Instead of fearing AI, encourage its exploration. Highlight how AI enhances, rather than replaces, human roles. Imagine giving employees dedicated time each week to explore AI and solve company challenges. With a policy in place to ensure appropriate use, teams could meet regularly to share findings, brainstorm applications, and upskill together.
