With 25+ years in systems design and adult learning, I offered a clear, actionable roadmap for building and leading effective AI training. I shared my framework for engagement-driven workshops and emphasized the value of showing up live, not pre-recorded. I just don’t build e-learning — “things change too fast,” instead, I focus on local, in-person delivery that builds trust and momentum because “it’s not about perfection — it’s about participation.”
